- 2 of the external pole lights have been damaged beyond repair and require replacement.
- After much time and a lot of research we were unable to locate any lighting products that matched existing lighting. A decision has been made to replace the broken lighting with "sphere" lighting and to also upgrade all existing lighting around the front building to match.
- Sphere lighting is much cheaper than any lighting similar to existing ($100 fitted compared to $700)
- Sphere lighting differs very little between manufacturers meaning supply should not be a problem.
- Sphere lighting is heavily used on both residential and commercial properties ensuring a supply in the future.
