On a Regular Basis
- Mow/edge Lawns.
- Remove leaves/grass/etc from paths, driveways and carports.
- Remove (or spray) weeds in garden beds.
- Remove (or spray) weeds in paths/driveways/car bays.
- Remove (or spray) weeds in street verge and footpath (including out the front of 145 Charles St).
- Remove rubbish from garden beds and paths (please let us know if this is any more than occasional and we can investigate).
On a Semi-Regular Basis
- Prune hedges (when needed)
- Prune all plants from walkways (there should be 300mm clearance)
- Prune trees and hedges on Charles St footpath so that there is unobstructed access (to fence and 1.5m height)
- Prune bushes/shrubs on Charles St verge so that they are a height of no more than 1m (suggest trim down for 900mm ands let grow back to 1m)
