We are currently investigating options for electric vehicles.

As more people purchase EVs the demand for appartemts with EV charging facilities will grow.

If we are at the forefront of this change we may can expect greater demand for apartments in the complex.

We can even set the charging rate so that the building makes a slight profit from the charging.
