Annual Garden Maintenance (pre-summer)

The following tasks will be completed prior to summer setting in:

Charles Street - Weeding of street verge gardens/paths
Charles Street - Prune hedges on footpath back to fence
Front centre - Removal of lawn from garden (under palm tree)
Front centre - Removal of lawn/create lawn edge (under Palm)
Front south - Removal of dead lawn/weeds from south edge of lawn area
Front centre/south - remove soil as needed and apply pine bark mulch under viburnums
Rear pedestrian entry - remove soil from garden next to pedestrian gate and apply pine bark mulch
Rear pedestrian entry - remove dead lawn and weed north of path and install roll on lawn as marked
Rear pedestrian entry - remove sand from garden area and apply pine bark mulch
Under all stairwells - remove soil/rubbish and apply pine bark mulch as needed
Rear S/W corner - remove nasturtium from under fig
U12 garden strip - removal of vegetation/soil and application of pine bark mulch
U18 garden strip - removal of vegetation/soil and application of pine bark mulch
U17 south - Prune back to edge of paths
U11 north - remove soil from garden strip and apply pine bark mulch
U3 south - prune hibiscus (1 only) east of gap and install ~30 litre hibiscus in gap
U3/4 south - remove rubbish/soil from garden bed and apply pine bark mulch
Ivy Street - Spray weeds
