Sprinkler was completely buried by plants.

Removed and replaced by taller pop-up sprinkler.

Riser replaced and sprinkler head cleaned (filter replaced)

Sprinkler jetting water into the air

Found sprinkler head missing, replaced sprinkler and riser and tested.
