Reticulation controller fault

The reticulation controller has stopped working and requires investigation.

This is a high priority as it is very hot and the lawns and gardens will die quickly without water.

After investigation we have determined there was an electrical fault in the "contactor" that controls the bore pump.

Unfortunately this fault has caused an upstream fault in the reticulation controller which now requires replacement.

We have ordered a new controller and arranged an electrician to attend next week to inspect the contactor and advise what repairs need to be made.

The faulty contactor has been replaced and is now working as expected

A temporary solution has been put in place to allow watering until the new controller arrives.

The new reticulation controller has been installed, programmed and tested.

This maintenance item is now completed
