Remove steel angle welded to railing

This item is to remove a piece of steel angle welded to the railing outside U13.

This piece of steel formed part of a gate frame that has now been removed.

Scope of work
- cut steel angle from railing
- cut steel angle from concrete at ground level
- remove steel angle
- clean up welds on railings and make safe/smooth
- dispose of steel angle
