RESIDENT PARKING AREA

All resident parking bays are reserved for use of residents at the unit number indicated on the bay. Any vehicles occupying a bay without the consent of the associated unit will be infringed and if not removed within one day will be towed and impounded (costs to be paid by the owner of the vehicle.)

PERMIT PARKING AREA (Vistor Parking)

There is a permit parking area at the rear of the complex (off Ivy Street) for visitors and contractors. As there is only 11 visitor bays (1 bay for every 5 units) a permit is required to park in this area.

The following conditions apply to the permit parking area:
  • A valid parking permit must be displayed at all times.
  • Residents are NOT permitted to park in the permit parking area.
  • A single visitor parking permit will be provided to each unit.
  • Vehicles must be licensed and have license plates attached.
  • Maximum parking time is 24 hours (vehicles must then be removed for 24 hours before returning.)

UNLICENCED & UNROADWORTHY VEHICLES

Unlicensed/Unroadworthy vehicles are not permitted to be parked in any of the resident or visitor parking bays. If a resident has a need to store a vehicle for a short period of time they must contact the strata company and request permission before the vehicle is parked at the complex, failure to do so may result in the vehicle being towed.

NOTE: Any vehicle parked in the permit parking area that does not comply with the conditions above may be infringed, clamped or towed away without notice (payment of any costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.)

REPLACEMENT PERMITS

Each unit is entitled 1 parking permit only. A new parking permit can be requested, however once a new permit is issued any existing permits will be revoked and may not be used (if used may result in a infringement being issued)

A new parking permit can be requested here: /replacepermit

REPLACEMENT REMOTES

A new parking permit can be requested here: /replaceremote

ADDITIONAL PARKING

Additional street parking is available at the following locations:
  • Ivy Street (2 bays near Charles Street)
  • Carr Street (south of complex)
  • Cowle Street (other side of Charles Street)
