Outcomes of meeting:
Money to be raised for gas works required by regulating body
It was proposed by Saxon to raise a total of $80,000 via 2 payments as follows.
1st levy payable by 1st September 2012 (50% of total)
2nd levy payable by 1st December 2012 (50% of total)
All members of the council present at the meeting (5/6) agreed to this proposal. It should be noted that the dates for the payments have beed set so that they are not in the same month as any standard levies.
Delay completion of DTV installation to make sure ample funds are available for any unforeseen works
It was proposed by Saxon to delay the remainder of the DTV works until 2013 to make sure there are sufficient funds in the account.
All members of the council present at the meeting (5/6) agreed to this proposal.
