Grounds refurbishment - South East Corner (U18)

The grass and garden area in the south east corner of the complex is suffering from a lack of attention and will be upgraded.

The following tasks will be completed:

• Garden are will be increased.
• Irrigation will be assessed and modified to improve coverage.
• New plants will be installed to cover the view of the neighbouring property.
• New plants will be installed to cover the view to/from Charles Street.

• Irrigation has been modified to improve lawn coverage
• Garden area has been expanded.
• New plants have been installed along Charles Street boundary (viburnum tinus).

• New plants installed along south boundary (hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'Apple Blossom').
• Grass sprayed with herbicide to further extend garden (approx 1m).
