This item is to install plants in the garden bed between the bin area and the Ivy Street entrance. This will improve the look of the area and also prevent the area being used as a dumping ground for large items that will not fit in the bins.
Two tasks need to be completed to allow this to happen.
1) Irrigation needs to in installed.
2) plants need to be installed.
The area is shown in the attached photo.

Irrigation has been installed and piping run back to the nearest station (Front Resident Car Park East)
