Please find attached the Agenda for the Strata Council Meeting to be held 13/07/2009.

I have also attached the "WA Government Gazette No. 78" for your reference.
This gazette contains changes to the "Electricity Act 1945" as referred to in meeting item 9.7. These changes may require many owners to carry out mandatory electrical work prior to August 8th 2009. They also may require changes to electrical wiring in the common areas of the complex.
