Re: Compulsory Installation of Residual Current Devices & Smoke Alarms
Strata Plan 05629 – The Mews, 147-159 Charles Street, West Perth

The Council of Owners have requested we write to all owners advising that the -

1. Deadline is fast approaching for the installation of RCD’s for all units –
8th August 2011 and,

2. Deadline for the installation of mains powered smoke alarms for all units –
1st October 2011.

All owners are required and responsible to fit RCD’s (one for power and one for lights) and smoke alarms for their units.

If you have not done this, please contact your electrician to make relevant arrangements.
