Obtaining a replacement vehicle gate remote (private car parks)

If you require a replacement gate remote for the private parking area:

To request a replacement gate remote:
  • Log a service request (/helpdesk) and use the category "Parking/Permits/Remotes".
  • When the request is approved a new remote will be supplied.

Please note the following::
  • Please make sure you understand the parking conditions: /parking
  • Ordering a replacement gate remote will cause any previously issued gate remotes to be cancelled.
  • A fee of $110 +postage will be charged to the requesting unit account when a gate remote is supplied.

NOTE: please make sure you specify which resident car park you require access to.
  • Front : East - has entry off Charles Street.
  • Rear : West - adjacent to pool area.
