General Rules and Regulations

For the enjoyment of all residents the following general rules apply.
- Strata By Laws
- Rubbish must be disposed of in bins provided.
- Residents are not permitted to leave any items on the walkways (a door mat is permitted.)
- Parking bays are for vehicle use only (storage of items is not permitted.)
- Any construction producing noise should be limited to the hours of 8am to 6pm (10am to 6pm on weekends and public holidays.)
- Any damage to the buildings must be reported to the strata manager immediately.
- Any modifications to the building must be approved by the strata company before work starts.
- Pets are not permitted within the complex.
- For Sale/Lease signs are not permitted anywhere around the complex.
