Plumbing Service
Where an owner has a plumbing service on the entire unit, and repairs all issues identified by the plumbing contractor the strata company will reimburse 50% up to a value of $150.
For Example:
$300 Plumbing Service
$150 Strata Company Rebate (50%)
Dual Flush Toilet
When an owner installs a dual flush toilet cistern to replace an existing single flush cistern the strata company will reimburse 50% up to a value of $150.
(note that stop tap and hose must be replaced as well if original items are still in use)
For Example:
$200 Toilet Cistern + Installation
$100 Strata Company Rebate (50%)
Toilet Float Valve
When an owner replaces a faulty fload valve, stop tap, and hose the strata company will cover the cost of parts up to $75 and labour up to $75. This rebate is only available on a functioning dual flush toilet cistern.
For Example:
$60 for float valve, hose and tap
$90 Labour
$150 Total
$135 Strata Company Rebate (90%)
Conditions
- All rebates are at the discretion of the strata company and must be approved before the work comences.
- All work must be conducted by a contractor approved by the Strata Company.
- The rebate is calculated on the total amount paid minus any other rebates (eg State Government.)
