Lighting issues - front building

29/06/2014 1800 : It has been reported that the lights in the front building are flickering on and off
29/06/2014 1900 : It appears that the daylight switch is faulty and it turning the lights on and off rapidly.
The lights have been hard set to on until an electrician can come to the site and fix the issue.
