Parking - TBA - Unauthorised vehicle in private bay

Hi Emily,
No problem. I moved the plants. I have a query though. There is someone parked in my car bay and have been for a month. I need my spot on regular occasions when I have people over etc. I left a note on the car asking them to move it. It's still there. Can anything be done about this?
