Vehicle Gate 1 Failed - Large section of track

Someone has deliberately pulled the gate off the track in an attempt to open it.
It would appear this was an attempt to create an opening large enough to ride a motorcycle through, however as this was not possible the motorbike was been parked and the gate is not functional.
