1/11/2013 : Resident reported Gate 1 and 2 failed

Gate 1: Larger section not functioning, stuck in open position.
- Entry point is NOT scure
- Vehicles are able to use this entry point.

Gate 2: Gate is not responding, stuck in closed position.
- Entry point is secure
- Vehicles are NOT able to use this entry point.

Gate has been serviced and is now working correctly.

However gate is making excessive noise when opening and closing.

We have just been informed that gate 1 has stopped working again.

Gate 1: Larger section not functioning, stuck in open position.
- Entry point is NOT secure
- Vehicles are able to use this entry point.

Called ABA, they said best they can do is first thing tomorrow morning, however if someone finishes a job early they will send them around this afternoon.
