Roof Insulation (top floor apartments only)

Owners may request for insulation to be installed in the roof space of a top floor apartment.
If this request is approved by the strata company the following conditions apply.

- all costs associated with the installation.
- all costs for repairs to any damage done during or as a result of the installation.
- all costs for any future maintenance associated with the installation.
- all costs for removal of insulation (if this should be required)
