Replacement gate remotes / fobs

All access points to the building are restricted.
- Vehicle gates are secured and operated with remote controls.
- Pedestrian gates are secured and operated with key fobs.
Information on requesting replacement devices can be found below.
Replacement Vehicle Gate Remotes (for private parking areas)

If you require a replacement gate remote for the private parking area:
To request a replacement gate remote:
- Log a service request (/helpdesk) and use the category "Parking/Permits/Remotes".
- When the request is approved a new remote will be supplied.
Please note the following::
- Please make sure you understand the parking conditions: /parking
- Only one remote is issued per residence (as there is only one car allowed per residence)
- Ordering a replacement gate remote will cause any previously issued gate remotes to be cancelled.
- A fee of $110 will be charged to the requesting unit account when a gate remote is supplied.
NOTE: please make sure you specify which resident car park you require access to.
- Front : East - has entry off Charles Street.
- Rear : West - adjacent to pool area.
Replacement pedestrian gate fobs

If you require a replacement pedestrian gate fob:
To request a replacement pedestrian gate fob:
- Log a service request (/helpdesk) and use the category "Parking/Permits/Remotes".
- When the request is approved a new remote will be supplied.
Please note the following::
- Ordering a replacement gate fob will cause older fobs to be cancelled, please make sure you specify the numbers of the remotes you have to make sure they are not cancelled.
- A fee of $50 fee will be charged to the requesting unit account when a gate fob is supplied.
