The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 1st November 2011 at 5:30pm.

If you are unable to attend the AGM for any reason please make sure you fill out a proxy form and fax/email it back to the strata manager.

A 10% increase in strata levies is recommended for 2012. The graph below represents the increase in cost of living compared to the strata levy increase.
