Boundary Fence area repairs / cleanup (north boundary)

The developer at the adjoining property refused to negotiate with regard to the dividing fence and wend ahead and started work without our consent.
In doing so they left a large mess on the area adjacent to the fence that needed to be cleaned up.
The following tasks were completed:

The following tasks were completed:
- Removal of barbed wire that was left on the ground and in the garden by the developer
- Removal of tree and vine branches removed by the developer that were left behind.
- Removal of miscellaneous junk (signs / bricks / cut sections of steel wire)
- Leveling of areas
- Removal and replacement of sunken paving
