We have been notified that during the day on Wednesday the east vehicle gate was damaged.

We are investigating the cause and arranging repairs.

Impact happened between 09:41 and 10:10

It also appears that bins were emptied at this time.

We currently checking the video surveillance for more information.

We have found the cause of the impact to be the recycling truck.

Unfortunately the driver's efforts to assist another truck exiting the carpark ended in damage to the gate

The gate has been replaced and tested.
