Post subject:	Grounds refurbishment - South East Corner (U18)
The grass and garden area in the south east corner of the complex is suffering from a lack of attention and will be upgraded. The following tasks will be completed: Garden are will be increased. Irrigation will be assessed and modified to improve coverage. New plants will be installed to cover the view of the neighbouring property.
