Repair sprinkler in SE lawn area

There is a sprinkler in the centre of the SE lawn area that is overgrown and requires height adjustment
This item has now been completed
- A section of piping was damaged and required replacement
- a new sprinkler was installed
- a new flexible riser was installed
- a new concrete surround was installed
