Rear security screen doors.
Rear security screen doors are installed and maintained by the owner of the unit and are subject to the same requirements as other modifications. These screens must meet the requirements set by the strata company to ensure all door and window screens are of a uniform standard. /modifications
Window security screens.
Window security screens are installed and maintained by the owner of the unit and are subject to the same requirements as other modifications. These screens must meet the requirements set by the strata company to ensure all door and window screens are of a uniform standard. /modifications

Failure to gain approval may result in removal of the screen door/window at the owners* expense.

In addition to the above the following additional requirements exist:
Frame colour should be brown - to match existing installations at the complex.
Mesh should be amplimesh supascreen 316 marine grade woven stainless steel finished in black.
Screens on windows should cover only the opening section of the window (50%)
Screens on rear sliding doors should cover only the opening section of the door (50%)
