Blinds - come up with standard and policy re maintenance and upkeep.
Pedestrian gates - lock at 4/4 letter to residents - email and sign on gate
Clothesline paving - present quite to council
Bin paving - send quote to council
Painting - paint walls facing shed/pool/carpark
10 year plan - organise asap
Short stays - look at applicable by-laws
AGM after 10YMP report
