All access points to the building are restricted.
Vehicle gates are secured and operated with remote controls.
Pedestrian gates are secured and operated with key fobs.
Information on requesting replacement devices can be found below.

If you require a replacement gate remote for the private parking area:
To request a replacement gate remote:
Log a service request (/helpdesk ) and use the category "Parking/Permits/Remotes".
When the request is approved a new remote will be supplied.
Please note the following: :
Please make sure you understand the parking conditions: /parking
Only one remote is issued per residence (as there is only one car allowed per residence)
Ordering a replacement gate remote will cause any previously issued gate remotes to be cancelled.
A fee of $110 will be charged to the requesting unit account when a gate remote is supplied.
NOTE: please make sure you specify which resident car park you require access to.
Front : East - has entry off Charles Street.
Rear : West - adjacent to pool area.

Ordering a replacement gate fob will cause older fobs to be cancelled, please make sure you specify the numbers of the remotes you have to make sure they are not cancelled.
A fee of $50 fee will be charged to the requesting unit account when a gate fob is supplied.
