AFTER CLEANING OF GUTTERS AND DOWNPIPES IT WAS FOUND THAT THE FOLLOWING MAINTENAQNCE IS REQUIRED.

GUTTERING REPAIRS
  • UNIT 44 CARPORT END 5 METRES 1/2 ROUND GUTTER
  • UNIT 41 REAR 8 METRES 1/2 ROUND GUTTER
  • UNIT 46 REAR 4 METRES 1/2 ROUND GUTTER
  • UNIT 54 REAR 4 METRES 1/2 ROUND GUTTER
  • CAR PORTS UNITS 50 / 15 FRONT 7 METRES BOX GUTTER
ROOFING REPAIRS
  • 7m RIDGE CAPPING OVER UNIT 41 TO BE RE-CEMENTED AND RE-POINTED
