To request a replacement gate remote:
Please note the following:
- Log a service request (/helpdesk) and use the category "Parking/Permits/Remotes".
- When the request is approved a new remote will be supplied.
NOTE: please make sure you specify which resident car park you require access to.
- Please make sure you understand the parking conditions: /parking
- Ordering a replacement gate remote will cause any previously issued gate remotes to be cancelled.
- A fee of $110 +postage will be charged to the requesting unit account when a gate remote is supplied.
- Front : East - has entry off Charles Street.
- Rear : West - adjacent to pool area.
