To request a replacement parking permit
- Log a service request (/helpdesk) and use the category "Parking/Permits/Remotes".
- When the request is approved a new permit will be supplied.
Please note the following::
- Please make sure you understand the permit parking conditions: /parking
- Ordering a replacement parking permit will cause any previously issued permits to be cancelled.
- Cancelled permits are not valid for use, vehicles using cancelled permits will be infringed.
- A $33 (+postage) charge will be applied to the requesting unit account when a permit is supplied.
