Vehicle Gate 3 failed - stuck open

An owner has reported that gate 3 (west most gate) is stuck in the open position.

Hi Rebecca,

In Laura's absense, are you able to engage ABA Austomatic Gates to repair a faulty gate.

Fault is with Gate 3 (west most gate). After inspection it appears that the sprocket on the motor unit is not engaged and is spinning freely.

If possible can we have someone out ASAP, happy to pay any weekend callout if someone needs to come on the weekend.
