U31 - Water coming from bathroom ceiling

9 March 2013 09:32 : Unit 31 Owner called strata council (saxon) and avised that water had been leaking for several days from his bathroom ceiling at a rate of 1 litre per day (via voicemail).

9 March 2013 10:23 : Plumber arranged to attend site.

9 March 2013 11:00 : Saxon arrived on site with expanding foam to seal openings in the plumbing duct to slow water ingress into U31. The source of the leak was determined as the U49 bathroom area.

9 March 2013 11:15 : U49 Resident provided key to strata council (saxon) for use when plumber arrived.

9 March 2013 11:29 : Plumber arrived - located and repaired leak under the bathroom cabinet.

9 March 2013 11:35 : U49 Resident arrived back home and collected key.

9 March 2013 12:05 : Repairs Completed
