Post subject:  Entry Doors
All modifications must be approved by the Strata Council before the modification takes place. Failure to gain approval may result in removal/reversal of the modification at the owners cost.
Modifications

All external doors and windows are maintained by the strata company to ensure uniformity across the building and minimum standards are met. If you believe a front door needs repairs or replacement please contact the strata company:

The following standards currently apply to any doors that are replaced.
  • Door to comply with Australian Standards for external entry doors.
  • Door to comply with rental standards for external entry doors (further information here: http://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/consumer- ... -standards).
  • Door to have a peep hole installed in the center of the door in a stainless steel finish. The center of the peep hole should be 160mm from the bottom of the door and be no larger than 15mm in diameter.
  • Door to have numbering installed at centre (horizontally) of door in stainless steel finish. The centre of the numbers should be 180mm from the bottom of the door and numbers should be 100mm in height.
