If this request is approved by the strata company the following conditions apply.
The owners of the unit are responsible for:
- all costs associated with the installation.
- all costs for repairs to any damage done during or as a result of the installation.
- all costs for any future maintenance associated with the installation.
- all costs for removal of insulation (if this should be required)
