General Rules and Regulations

For the enjoyment of all residents the following general rules apply.

• Strata By Laws
• Rubbish must be disposed of in bins provided.
• Residents are not permitted to leave any items on the walkways (a door mat is permitted.)
• Parking bays are for vehicle use only (storage of items is not permitted.)
• Any construction producing noise should be limited to the hours of 8am to 6pm (10am to 6pm on weekends and public holidays.)
• Any damage to the buildings must be reported to the strata manager immediately.
• Any modifications to the building must be approved by the strata company before work starts.
• Pets are not permitted within the complex.
• For Sale/Lease signs are not permitted anywhere around the complex.

• Front Doors
• Hot Water Systems
• Parking
• Pool
• Recycling
• Roofing Insulation (top floor only)
• Satellite Receivers
• Security Screens on Doors and Windows
• Signs (eg For Sale/Lease)
• Verge Collections
